Returns
At Mommy & More, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used.
These include (but are not limited to):
- Breast pumps that have been used
- Breast pump accessories that have come into contact with breast milk
- Nursing products
- Personal hygiene products
This policy complies with health and hygiene requirements.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
